Information you give us. If you contact us, book a call, purchase a workshop, or start the Foundations Assessment, we collect what you enter — typically your name, your email address, and anything you choose to write in a message or form field.
Foundations Assessment responses never leave your device. The assessment asks you to rate eight areas of your life and work and to write why you chose each number. Those answers may touch on your health, your relationships and your state of mind — so the assessment is built to keep them yours. It runs entirely in your own browser: your answers are held in your browser’s local storage, and your PDF is generated on your own machine. Nothing is transmitted to us or to anyone else. We never receive your answers and we hold no copy of them. If you later become a coaching client and choose to share your results with us, that is your decision to make.
Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
Email. Our email list is managed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit). Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit.
We use cookies for basic site function and for shop features such as your cart and your session.
We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which lets us measure how our LinkedIn advertising performs and show ads to people who have visited this site. LinkedIn collects that data under its own privacy policy at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. You can opt out of LinkedIn advertising cookies in your LinkedIn settings or through your browser.
We deliberately do not run the LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other advertising tracker, on the Foundations Assessment page, on our anxiety and addiction pages, or on our cart and checkout pages. We would rather lose the measurement than track anyone across pages about their health.
We do not sell your personal information.
Only the services we need to run the business: our website host (WP Engine), our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider (Kit), the host of the assessment application (Netlify), and LinkedIn for advertising measurement as described above. Each handles your data under its own terms. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

If you live somewhere with specific privacy rights — California, Colorado, Texas, the EU, the UK and others — those rights apply and we will honour them. You do not need to cite a statute. Just ask.
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
